I would like to introduce myself. I am a Janesville native and currently work for the City of Janesville as a full-time Firefighter/Emergency Medical Technician. I have been a Firefighter/EMT/Paramedic for over 25 years, working in several different positions within the City of Janesville and throughout Wisconsin.
I currently hold certificates as a Residential Home Inspector, Commercial Building Inspector and Code Enforcement Inspector with the State of Wisconsin.
My background and experience in fire safety and building construction gives me the knowledge of what it takes to be an excellent home and commercial building inspector. I am a member in good standards with ASHI (American Society of Home Inspectors) and AHIT (American Home Inspectors Training Institute). I will work with the client based on the Standards of Practice for home inspections and the code of ethics for the home inspection profession. KTS Home Inspections, LLC is fully insured.
